How do I place an order?

Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ from within your cart and follow the instructions.

What payment options do you accept?

We offer secure payment by PayPal, the world’s largest payment gateway through which you can pay by credit/debit card OR by using a PayPal account.

If you do not have a PayPal account, the following major credit cards VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for payment. For card payments via PayPal, no registration for a PayPal account is required.

In which currency will I be charged at checkout?

While being part of the EU, Sweden has retained its own currency, the Swedish Krona. Although you may choose a different currency in our currency converter located in the right sidebar of the shop pages, you will be charged in Swedish Krona (kr/SEK) at checkout. All other displayed currencies are estimates and for informational purposes only!

Why can’t I proceed to PayPal at checkout?

You must agree to our Terms and Conditions by checking the box on the left side of the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button. After that, you can finish the payment process.

How is my poster packed for shipping?

You will receive your BadFish poster rolled and carefully packed in a durable cardboard tube. Carefully unpack your poster and handle it with caution in order not to damage it. For further details please refer to the Tips & Tricks section of our Poster Academy page on our website.

Please be advised that BadFishPosters.com will not accept any returns of posters with self-inflicted damage due to careless handling by the customer.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days (not including the date of order). For further details please refer to the Dispatch & Delivery page on our website.

Where is my order?

BadFishPosters.com usually ships worldwide within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) after your order has been received.

Please remember that every single poster at BadFishPosters.com is printed and manufactured on demand. Printing, packaging and labeling may take up to 1-2 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is on its way to you.

Depending on where you live, the delivery may take between 3-14 days. In case of a non-delivery or a delay by the postal system or the Parcel Delivery Service, please wait for 21 working days from the date of dispatch of your order, before you contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Service by sending an email to help@badfishposters.com. We cannot process cancellations for items that have already shipped. We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Does my BadFish poster come with a frame?

Nope, all our prints come without frames. The Art prints shown with a frame or poster hangers in our shop are for visualization purposes only. You can choose if you want to frame your poster yourself, hang it on the wall or even place it on a shelf or if you simply want to pin it onto your wall. We recommend to frame your poster or to hang it with special poster hanging rail sets either in aluminium or plastic (PVC).

What paper do you use for my poster?

We only use enhanced satin, semi-glossy or glossy high quality paper for perfect colour results. Our posters are printed on high grade, thicker paper with the latest print technology that provides more texture and more colour brilliance. That makes Art prints valuable and a must have. We recommend to frame your BadFish poster for better protection.

Are colours the same in print as on my monitor?

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the colours of the prints may slightly differ from the colours on your monitor.

How do I find a specific poster from your catalog?

Enter a keyword into the search box ‘Looking for ?’ that appears at the right side of each shop page. All search results related to your keyword will then be shown.

How to narrow my poster search down to a specific size?

Just choose the poster size you are looking for by using the scrollbar ‘Filter by size’ at the right side of each page of the shop.
